30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be: unused and in the same condition you received them; in the original packaging; accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: compression socks and undergarments, pillows that have been used (removed from packaging).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for defective items).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
